Dr. Terlau provides consulting services to large German and international businesses in the fields financing, shareholding, equity investments and restructuring.
He played the key role in many instances of business financing through stock markets, the public distribution of bonds and credit line increases.
Dr. Terlau studied law at the Universities of Münster, Lausanne, Cologne, Straßburg und London. Aside from his endeavors as an assistant lecturer at the Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, he is the author of several essays and book contributions in acclaimed handbooks concerning capital market and corporate law.
He is also a member of the Deutsch-Amerikanische Juristen-Vereinigung.

After completing his Degree in Business Studies, Statistics and Psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians-Universität, he specialized in the fields Strategic Business Leading and Corporate Finance and earned his doctorate in the same area.

Prof. Dr. Kirf has more than 20 years of experience in the fields Advertising and Public Relations. He has managed national and international strategic communication mandates of big companies in various key industries and offered consulting services to support leaders in their communication skills.
After having studied Romance Studies/German Language and Literature Studies (Sek. II) and Literature at the universities Düsseldorf, Brussels and Paris, he attained his doctorate in Philosophy at the University Duisburg. Beginning in the summer semester 2010 he will also function as assistant lecturer at the Hochschule Rheim Main and expand the team Media Management to the fields design, information technology and media.
Bodo Kirf is the author of various scientific journals in the fields Business Communication and PR.
