Aside from leading and developing the iwp Consulting Group AG, his key areas of responsibility rest in strategic consulting on the business management level. Designing change processes and overseeing the development of pragmatic strategies to promote growth and profit increases are essential parts of his consulting work.  

Profile

After initial management assignments and international endeavors in sales and marketing business units of Fortune 500 companies, Volker Wendland was given greater responsibilities in managing international business segments.

(Siemens AG, Nixdorf Computer AG, NCR/AT&T).

Later on as CEO, Managing Director and chairman of the board of directors (Sensormatic Inc. Central & East Europe, JK Holding) Volker Wendland held various positions and mandates from international organization and boards of directors.

Since 2008 Volker Wendland represents the iwp Consulting Group AG as CEO.
